Jennifer L. Arnold, CPA, is a Supervisor with Gaines Kriner Elliott LLP, 100 Corporate Parkway, Suite 200, Amherst, New York 14226. Jennifer has 9 years of public accounting experience in both audit and tax. In addition, she has completed 35 governmental audits and 20 not-for-profit audits in the past three years. Her governmental audit experience includes: planning auditing engagements, preparation and review of workpapers and financial statements, preparation of a single audit while school district audits required an SSFAC (cover sheet requiring single audit expenditures), audit reports for municipalities, and meetings with Managers or Supervisors to discuss various items. Her not-for-profit audit experience includes: planning auditing engagements, preparation and review of workpapers and financial statements, and preparation of not-for-profit tax returns. Jennifer's individual tax experience includes tax returns for individuals, S corporations, C corporations, NFP returns, estate, and trust returns. In accordance with governmental accounting standards, Jennifer participates in 12 hours of Yellow Book CPA annually. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Daemen College in Buffalo, New York (2002) and is a member of the Accounting Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
