BRENNA K. ZERFAS

Brenna K. Zerfas is a Staff II Accountant at Gaines Kriner Elliott LLP's Corporate office located in Amherst, New York.

Brenna joined the firm in October 2009 upon graduation from Niagara University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. She passed all four parts of the CPA examination in the fall of 2009.

As a member of the Cross Border Team Brenna has focused on:

  • Preparing returns for U.S. citizens living in Canada
  • Tax return preparation for Canadian citizens doing business in the U.S.
  • Tax return preparation for Canadian citizens owning U. S. rental property 
  • Prepares U. S. corporate returns for corporations operating in the U.S. that are owned by Canadian entities and individuals

Brenna's expertise also extends to participating in audits, compilations and reviews, as well as:

  • Preparation of individual tax returns
  • Preparation of tax returns for C Corps, S Corps and Partnerships 

She is an associate member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), Beta Alpha Psi, and Beta Gamma Sigma.
